RewardsDen is in search of a rock star web developer to help build new and maintain existing features of RewardsDen. Your contributions will be crucial to the success of RewardsDen.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to both PHP backend and HTML/JS frontend
• Work closely with design and marketing to build features and improve
existing ones
• Instrument your features to gauge customer engagement, then drive
insights back into the decision making process
• Proactively identify gaps in the customer experience and make
impassioned recommendations
Requirements
• Experience building web apps in PHP, Ruby, Python or Java
• Strong communication skills: known as a great listener, able to explain
complex problems, make convincing arguments that sell your position
• Self-starter and driven to see a project through to completion
• Detail oriented with a drive to learn and improve
