As some of you may be aware, the month of November hosts a fund-raising event which raises awareness and helps fight men's prostate cancer. The event is called "Movember" (Mustache + November) and last year alone, Canadian participants and donors raised over 7.8 million (Australia was the only country to raise more).
Taken from Movember.com:
The idea for Movember was sparked in 2003 over a few beers in Melbourne, Australia. The plan was simple – to bring the moustache back as a bit of a joke and do something for men’s health. No money was raised in 2003, but the guys behind the Mo realized the potential a moustache had in generating conversations about men’s health. Inspired by the women around them and all they had done for breast cancer, the Mo Bros set themselves on a course to create a global men’s health movement.
A few of us OKDG'rs have donated our face to the event and would be honoured if you'd donate. OKDG has always been free with a lot of our members putting a lot of their personal time into presenting, helping out and organizing. You're welcome to show your support with a donation to this great cause. Even a donation of what you'd normally spend on a coffee would make a difference.
Darren Hull is willing to donate up to $1000 from business head shots to the OKDG team. What an excellent opportunity to get professional head shots while supporting a great cause. Read more about it, and get in touch with Darren here.

Looking forward to seeing a lot of stash at the next meetup.
