To be a good designer today, you need an understanding of psychology, human behaviour, and the little shortcuts and quirks in the way people operate. Then you can use them to make it easier for people to engage. This talk will explore of the the psychological tactics employed by designers and marketers in an effort increase marketing effectiveness.

The Bike Shop Cafe and Catering Co. has warmly welcomed us back to use their restaurant as a meeting venue. There will be food, beverages and alcohol available throughout the evening.
