This person must have a passion for developing iPhone, iPad, and Mac OS X applications using Cocoa and Objective-C.

* Strict practitioner of Cocoa coding conventions and style
* Complete comprehension of memory management in Objective-C
* Knowledge of C. and lower-level programming aspects such as machine structure, linking, and loading
* Object Oriented Design Patterns and how to apply them to Objective-C
* Strong with overall application architecture design
* Expert at finding and fixing crashing bugs
* Realize the importance of readable code
* Designs cohesive objects, incorporate abstractions, and rely on encapsulation to isolate and guard against change
* Regular user of version control software like Git, Mercurial & Subversion
*Experienced in gathering technical requirements and writing documentation.
*Ability to provide a level of effort to implement various feature sets for iOS.
*Realizes the importance of concise documentation inline with readable code.
*Realizes the importance of usability design.
*Passionate about being part a part of an awesome team!

Other nice to have's:

* Understand web standards, including XHTML and CSS
* May also dabble in design work and know their way around design tools like Photoshop
