Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assistant performs a wide range of web production related tasks for the company’s clients. 

Key Responsibilities - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Setup hosting accounts
• Setup CMS
• Input content into CMS
• Meet deadlines and manage workflow
• Organize and manage files
• Ongoing Site Maintenance

Qualifications - Ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Have used Drupal, Joomla or other CMS
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills
• A demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
• The ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects and to meet deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude and demeanor
• Detailed understanding of css/html/php/mysql

Education and Professional Experience

• 2+ years work experience implementing content management systems
