Network Traffic Research Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and skilled problem solver with experience analyzing network traffic.

As a key member of our Application Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for investigating the network traffic generated by many of today?s most popular network applications, figuring out mechanisms for real-time identification of said traffic, and contributing to our world class network application intelligence engine.

Key requirements:

• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP protocol suite
• Experience troubleshooting network performance issues, particularly with packet sniffing tools.
• Quick learner. You thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Well organized, detail oriented and excellent communication skills.
• You are excited to come to work every day and enjoy problem solving and working in a team environment.
• An insatiable desire to learn and you know how to get things done to create success.

Bonus Items:

• Knowledge of one or more transport protocols that run over TCP or UDP.
• Scripting and/or programming experience.
