Database/Software Engineer

Vineyard Networks in Kelowna, BC


We are looking for a passionate and skilled problem solver with a deep understanding of, and interest in, database design, architecture, and performance as well as a skilled C++ programmer.

Key requirements:

    * Experienced Linux developer.  Working with a high performance Linux appliance in the past is a plus.
    * C/C++, OOA/OOD
    * Experience with network infrastructure a plus.
    * Experience with major database applications, specifically PostresSQL.
    * Understanding of high performance database design and development.
    * You are a hard working team player that is looking to be part of a very rapidly growing company with a global customer and partner base.
    * An insatiable desire to learn and you know how to get things done to create success.
    * The skill and desire to be a key contributor, along with the desire to create products that truly WOW customers and improve their lives.
